Western Twaweza Empowerment Campaign (WETEC KENYA)

is a registered community non-profit organisation committed to the promotion of adolescent health and rights. Founded by like minded young women who saw the need for improving the well-being and sexual reproductive health and rights of adolescent girls and young women. WETEC Promotes sexual reproductive health, expanding safe spaces, economic empowerment and influencing gendered policy development and implementation at county and national level through research, technical assistance, capacity building, advocacy and building girls movement.

    Our "Wezesha Msichana"is Swahili for "Empower a Girl” initiative that focuses on strengthening girl-headed households and empowering Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) economically, especially teenage mothers and vulnerable girls.
